These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, access, and use of products and services offered through GuernseyVisa.com. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all transactions conducted through websites, landing pages, or payment links associated with GuernseyVisa.com (“we”, “our”, or “us”).


The term “client” refers to any individual or entity that places an order and completes payment for our services or digital products.

1a. Age Restrictions

We accept clients aged:

  • 16 years or older for informational products and email subscriptions;

  • 18 years or older for coaching, workshops, or consulting services.

If a purchase is made in breach of these age limits, we reserve the right to refund and revoke access.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website constitutes a binding agreement to purchase the product or service, subject to these Terms.


We reserve the right to reject any order if we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of our services.

3. Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed in ZAR (South African Rand) or GBP (£ Pound Sterling).


Prices do not include transaction fees imposed by your payment provider.


Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of checkout will be honoured.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept:

All payments are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your payment information. Your transaction is governed by the terms and security policies of the payment processor.

5. Delivery of Products and Services

a) Digital Products

Downloadable PDF guides and templates are delivered via email or immediate download after successful payment.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and consent that digital content may be made available immediately and that your right to cancel under consumer law may be waived upon accessing the content.

b) Live Services (Workshops/Coaching)

Confirmation of your appointment, Zoom link, or access credentials will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact details you provide are accurate.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect email address or technical failure, we will make reasonable attempts to resend.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

a) Digital Products

You have the right to request a refund after 90 days of purchase if:

  • You have not downloaded or accessed the digital content; or

  • You have taken all the steps as described in the guide to prepare your application and

  • You can demonstrate your work and

  • You must Provide a reasonable explanation.

Once content has been downloaded or access granted, your right to cancel may be limited unless the content is defective or misdescribed under Guernsey law.

b) Services (Live Workshops or Coaching)

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may not qualify for a refund. If you miss a session without notice, no refund will be issued.

7. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017, which aligns with UK GDPR standards.
By using our site or purchasing a product, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We may send you transactional or promotional emails after your purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

8. Intellectual Property

All digital materials, text, branding, graphics, and templates remain the intellectual property of GuernseyVisa.com and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission. Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, personal-use licence only.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising from your use of our site or services shall be governed by the laws of the Bailiwick of Guernsey.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Court of Guernsey for any legal proceedings.
